In this episode, we explore the connection between anxiety and the emotions we often suppress. Sometimes anxiety is not random, and it’s not a failure of faith. Sometimes it’s your heart asking to be heard. I share a personal moment when I asked God where my anxiety was coming from, and the answer led me into deeper healing.

You know, this has been a season where I’ve had to face anger in ways I never have before. Not just surface-level frustration — but deep, soul-level anger that comes when you’ve been wronged, misunderstood, or treated unjustly.
Anger has a way of gripping us — it tells us that if we hold on to it, somehow justice will come. But the truth is, it starts to hold us. It clouds our peace, our relationships, and even how we hear God.
What I’ve learned is that God doesn’t shame us for our anger — He invites us to bring it to Him. Not to deny it, but to surrender it. Because when we do, He replaces it with something far more powerful than revenge or justification — He gives us freedom.
So today, as you listen, I want to invite you to ask:
“What am I still carrying that God is asking me to release?”
And as we pray together, let’s ask Him to meet us in that space — not to erase what happened, but to restore what’s been broken inside us.

Disappointment is something we all face—whether in relationships, unanswered prayers, or unmet expectations. In this episode, I share a personal story of disappointment and how God gently reminded me of His faithfulness even when things didn’t look like I imagined.
Through Scripture, reflection, and prayer, we’ll explore:
Why disappointment is so hard to process
How to bring our honest feelings to God
Biblical hope that carries us through unmet expectations
This is a space to pause, be honest before the Lord, and invite Him into the places where you’ve felt let down.
Take a moment with me to reflect, pray, and trust that God is still writing a good story with your life.

In this episode, we pause for a midyear spiritual check-in with the Lord, using the Israelites’ journey through the desert as our guide. Just as God led His people step by step toward the Promised Land, He invites us to reflect on where we’ve been, where He’s leading, and how we can walk forward in faith.Questions Asked for Follow Along: 1. Have you ever found yourself trapped in a cycle of condemning thoughts—ones that whisper you're not enough, that you’ve messed up too badly, or that God must be disappointed in you? This episode is for you.
We’re talking about the difference between the voice of condemnation and the voice of God’s truth. Condemnation shames and isolates, but the Holy Spirit convicts with hope and draws us closer. We’ll unpack how Scripture tells us we are clean, forgiven, and precious in His sight, even in our weakness.
Let this episode be a moment of exchange—trading guilt for grace, heaviness for hope, and fear for the Father's love. We’ll also lead you in a time of prayer to invite God to speak His truth over the places where condemnation has taken root.
Questions Asked: 1. what are the specific lies that my inner critic is saying against me? Holy Spirit, please bring up all lies, so I can take them captive.2. Holy Spirit, what truth do you want to apply to this lie? 3. Lord, have I been holding condemnation towards someone else? If so, please reveal to me who that is.4. Ask for forgiveness for bringing your condemnation. And I want you to pray for that specific person.

I think it is beautiful that the themes of being a child of God and condemnation are so interwoven in this scripture because it is true! We live in the fullness of our identity when we live free from condemnation.

This is, in some ways, a simple lesson but has profound impact on every area of our lives. God is teaching me this very lesson now!
Questions asked:
In what areas of my life am I trying to be the parent instead of the child?
Which of the “Big Five False Needs” am I chasing today?
What would it look like to rest like a weaned child in God’s arms?
What part of my life do I need to turn, like a sunflower, toward the light of His presence?
Can I let go of doing, and just be with Him for a moment?
